What we offer... ...is English-teaching which can be tailor-made for your special purpose, whether as individuals or as groups. Bookings can be of any length from one week to six weeks. Courses can be standard or extra-intensive according to preference. Our standard courses comprise four periods in the mornings, leaving the rest of the day free for sightseeing, excursions, etc. Or, for those who wish to accomplish more during the time available, our intensive course incorporates two hours in the afternoon as well. In both kinds of course, classic films, carefully chosen for their entertainment value, interest and suitability for practising English comprehension films, are available for watching on video in late afternoon or evening. No trouble or expense has been spared to ensure that we have suitable classroom and other equipment for the purpose of teaching as effectively and efficiently as possible. Will you be comfortable? These are the alternatives we are pleased to offer: For those who wish to come on as economical a basis as possible, accommodation with meals with local families, offering typically Irish hospitality, can be arranged. And for those who wish to be as comfortable as possible during their stay, accommodation can be arranged at a superb country-house hotel nearby. Whichever form you choose, accommodation and administration are under the supervision of Mrs. Gwynne, who is a byword for her efficiency and conscientiousness, as much as for her niceness.  (She herself is a qualified teacher who has done ESL teaching.)
